Understand your health through your menstrual cycle, with a small online group of women

A small online women's health course, for women joining as themselves, not through an employer.

Together you’ll understand your health through your own menstrual cycle, noticing your pattern of energy, mood, focus and pain, with cycle tracking in the calendar you already use. You do that through menstrual cycle awareness sessions, specialist talks and a community of women. The aim is understanding your own rhythm, not a set of rules that claim to work the same for everyone.

We are testing appetite for a paid online course for women in the UK, starting January 2027. Register interest below. The Nadi calendar beta stays free to try at my.nadi.health either way.

What we're planning

Understanding your health through the course (still being shaped)

The programme is still being shaped. Over 3 to 4 months you understand your health through your menstrual cycle, going through a good number of cycles together, with about two live sessions a month.

What we're planning:

  • Menstrual cycle awareness sessions: noticing your own pattern of energy, mood, focus and pain.
  • Specialist talks, for example on nutrition, from women's health specialists.
  • A community of other women learning alongside you.
  • All of it grounded in the fundamentals of women's health and menstrual cycles.

Pricing

Founding cohort price: £450 to £650 (indicative)

This range is indicative, not a final price. It is subject to demand and to ongoing scoping. Right now we are only registering interest: no commitment, and no charge.

The base programme sits at the lower end of £450 to £650. We're exploring an optional add-on of blood tests to understand your baseline levels, plus a conversation with a doctor to talk them through. That add-on would potentially move a place toward the top of the range. The add-on is optional. It is not a diagnosis, and nothing is promised from it.

Founding Cohort questions

What is the Nadi Founding Cohort?

A small online course for women in the UK to understand their health through their menstrual cycle, joining as themselves rather than through an employer. Over 3 to 4 months you notice your own pattern of energy, mood, focus and pain, through menstrual cycle awareness sessions, specialist talks and a community of women. The aim is understanding your own rhythm, not following a set of rules.

When does it start, and how long does it run?

The first cohort is planned for January 2027. It runs over 3 to 4 months, so we can go through several cycles together, with about two live online group sessions a month. The programme is still being shaped, and we will email everyone on the interest list when places open.

Is it online, and who is it for?

Yes. Sessions are live and online, for women in the UK. It is for women joining as individuals; for an employer programme, see the Workplace Cohort. It is not a fertility or contraception programme.

What will the sessions cover?

Menstrual cycle awareness sessions: noticing your own pattern of energy, mood, focus and pain, so you can understand your health through your menstrual cycle. Specialist talks from women's health specialists, for example on nutrition. And a community of women learning alongside you. All of it is grounded in the fundamentals of women's health and menstrual cycles.

How much does it cost?

The indicative range is £450 to £650. It is not a final price, and it depends on demand and ongoing scoping. The base programme sits at the lower end of the range. Registering interest is free, with no commitment and no charge.

What kinds of things will I notice?

Over the course you practise noticing your own pattern of energy, mood, sleep, hunger, focus and pain across your cycle, and how to plan your calendar around it. These are things you notice. Your pattern may differ from anyone else’s.

Is this a women’s health check?

No. It is a small group course about understanding your own pattern. Founding members can optionally have a blood test and a conversation with a doctor. That add-on is still being explored. It is not a diagnosis, and it is not a replacement for your GP.

What is the optional blood test and doctor conversation?

We are exploring an optional add-on: blood tests to understand your baseline levels, plus a conversation with a doctor to talk them through. It would move a place toward the top of the price range. It is optional, it is not a diagnosis, and nothing is promised from it.
